They are just posted to a hosting service as the guys who makes them chooses to do so.  He only does matches he is interested in.

Can you tell me how this is done? cuz obviously I would go through anything to do them myself but I have a feeling I need a TV at least to do it.

They look like they are coming from an anamorphic widescreen high def source. They are much better than anything I can do from my standard def TV.
