I saw them and commented on them.   That is awesome!   I actually wish I was in a northern area like yours where you get dumped on and it doesn't melt instantly.
There are so many opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts here in the winter, it's like heaven!

I'm not an alpine skier but many of my friends are and go 3-7 times a week!
Came across a fellow on a sleek snowmobile today and my neighbor has 2.  I'd be dead if I owned one of those as I am a recovering speed freak.

It's just plain beautiful and provides a nice break from summer!

I agree, but it's not good for tennis, so i can't say I like the cold.  It's about 15 degrees here in Jersey today.
Lots of people make passes at me, I'm a tennis player!

5 social outings on the court in the past week.
2 with bro-in-law, 1 with daughter, and 1 with a young hockey player.
Good practice for me to maintain control.  Also worked on serving rhythm and placement.
I think I hit well over 500 serves today!

Promptly came home and took a flop on the ice underneath 6" snow. :mad1:
Kidney and right wrist are now sore.
Will have to imbibe with left hand and right kidney for the remainder of this year.

That's because he is as wide as he is tall....  :innocent:

Less than 20 at full speed.
The rest were hit at1/2 to 3/4 speed.
I was trying to work some bugs out and improve my fluidity.
The best part of the morning came at the end when MD and I decided I had to hit a target (1' wide) on the centerline of the deuce court before we could retire.
It took me nearly 10 minutes to hit it the first time and then connected on the other 2 within 5 serves.  Needless to say, I will be working on that some more this year. :))

All body parts a.o.k. this morning.

Aren't most 'centers of gravity' perfectly centered? :confused1:
It was centered just fine until I hit that patch of ice!!!  Once this much mass starts moving in one direction quickly there is no human that can stop it.
A hard surface of incredible strength is required.

I noticed a sizable crack in our foundation this morning.... :(

If you are 7' tall and really heavy then your center of gravity is way higher than what I would call a perfect center of gravity.    ;-()   Why do you think really tall players are not the best build for tennis?

That reminds me of a great quote from cheers.  Norm walks into Cheers and Woody asks him "Whatcha up to Norm?"  "My ideal weight if I were eleven feet tall. "   :rofl_2: :rofl_2:

Dont fight about tennis, support tennis.
