If one week of no play is too much I wonder what you'd call my next 5 months of no play
Glad to know at least someone seems to be playing regularly
That's crazy man!

I had the same problem when I just started playing tennis in high school.
We typically played until we couldn't shovel the courts off fast enough and then started shovelling the end of March to get down to the 3-6 inches of ice so it would melt before the H.S. season started! Sure wish I had pictures of those days! 3' high snowbanks around the courts and us running around in T-shirts on a "warm" 35-40 degree day!
I was lucky enough to also have a friend who was a member of the local club. He would sneak me in twice a month because I couldn't afford the $3.00 fee. Now that I think about it, I owe that dude big time!!!

Hang tough Pawan, and try to think of this as an opportunity to cross-train and improve your fitness. Any chance you can play racquetball, squash, or table tennis during the layoff? Although all 3 are vastly different from tennis in terms of strokes and movement, the mental computations required are quite similar.
You could always come north and hit with DMast and I!!!
Courts are always available at what I refer to as "my private club"!
