I played #1 for my high school. I went to college and there was no tennis team, i had to make a choice between Architecture and Tennis, I chose Architecture. I could not have played for a great school anyways. I played much better singles in college than I can now. I was MUCHO better, but I played a lot more too. But my doubles game is 4000 times better than it has ever been, and right now it is a good trade off for me.
I went to Nationals at the 4.0 level which was amazing. I had so much fun winning all the different stages (city, southern Ohio, States, Sectionals, then Nationals) which the group of guys in our league. We got cooked in Nationals, but it was a blast.
Now the same group of guys play 4.5 in Columbus. We do OK, but we are all still improving and doing better. I wouldn't want to do it with any other group though, that is for sure. Not sure how I ended up with these guys, but it has been a reall blessing. Now we just need to recruit Jamesdster and all would be good!
I also of coarse have this website, and I used to give some lessons at college. I also coached High school for 2 years.
