I believe you mean MP4 Joiner because those files are mp4 not mp3.

I can open them fine with VLC..
I just want to save it as one file together cuz its one match hence the reason I wanted the mp4 joiner but none of them are really free or cheap so I was looking for a windows native process.. I guess taht doesn't exist.

I don't see why you feel the need to join them. You can just save a playlist with the two files in succession and it will result in the same thing. Any file joiner will result in a noticable glitch at the joint. The only way to attempt to join them seemlessly is with editing software.

I suppose its one of those personality things? When I go through the list of my highlights I would rather see Fed vs Cap once than twice that way I get to see the whole highlights with one click and not have to have a playlist etc. :))

I can see what you mean, but megaupload and rapidshare and the like have size limitations so you have to take what you can get. You can just load both files into VLC's playlist save it and you've got it playing with one click. Or drag the two files together into VLC and it will play them the same way.
Joining the files would take a long time and with playlist options, I see no reason to waste that time.
About the only thing you can do is request that those who upload files too large do so by creating .rar parts with an executable so that it will regenerate itself on your computer once you download the parts.
