Tom Brady gets his second rule (first had to do with the Tuck Rule)
• A defensive player on the ground may no longer lunge or dive at the quarterback's lower legs. And last but not least, "The Brady Rule," 100 percent influenced by Bernard Pollard's (formerly) perfectly legal hit that sidelined Tom Brady for a full year.
This has happened before but when it happens to
Mr. Brady they implement a new rule. This is ridiculous, they should just do a two hand touch on the QB since they are such a huge investment and the only ones who shouldn't be hit in a
contact sport. I love my Colts and so much Peyton Manning too, but everyone is trying to hit him when he has the ball, if he got hurt I wouldn't be surprised and I wouldn't wan the game changed. I guess that's why I don't like football unless the Colts are playing. Kinda weird but makes sense when I read things like this.

I do still have a bit of pent up anger from that stupid tuck rule years ago, just to through it out there.
