Terrell Owens has agreed to a one-year, $6.5 million deal with Buffalo.

Uhmm, if the Bills don't become a winning team who make the playoffs it'll be interesting to see TO. After all at 'America's Team' he didn't get what he wanted.

I have to disagree. He got exactly what he wanted. He got everybody's attention. He was the story week in and week out. And when he wasn't the story, he found a way to be the story. What else does he need.

Buffalo has been an irrelevant team since the early 90's. I don't know how he will survive there. :innocent:

As far as I know, $6.5 million isn't guaranteed. Sometimes it's a good idea to take talent off the market so that your rivals don't gobble it up. They can then cut his ass at any time.

Wide receiver Terrell Owens is out in Dallas after three seasons, Cowboys sources told FOXSports.com

not a surpise, here

 :applause:

Now if Jerry Jones will just sell the team,I'll be a happy camper.

I'm kinda with you on that.  I don't like Jones as an owner at all. :mad1:

Tom Brady gets his second rule (first had to do with the Tuck Rule)

• A defensive player on the ground may no longer lunge or dive at the quarterback's lower legs. And last but not least, "The Brady Rule," 100 percent influenced by Bernard Pollard's (formerly) perfectly legal hit that sidelined Tom Brady for a full year.

This has happened before but when it happens to Mr. Brady they implement a new rule. This is ridiculous, they should just do a two hand touch on the QB since they are such a huge investment and the only ones who shouldn't be hit in a contact sport. I love my Colts and so much Peyton Manning too, but everyone is trying to hit him when he has the ball, if he got hurt I wouldn't be surprised and I wouldn't wan the game changed. I guess that's why I don't like football unless the Colts are playing. Kinda weird but makes sense when I read things like this.  :mad1:

I do still have a bit of pent up anger from that stupid tuck rule years ago, just to through it out there.

Hey Monky, good to see you're a fellow Colt  :) as Babble said the Colts are very much my team too, and especially our guy Peyton  :)

I'm sure we'll be discussing loads this coming season, but not about 'suck ass' and 'huge disappointment' as Babble predicts  :rofl_2: we just gotta go further than Babble's Bears in the season and take it from there  :))

Wow, so now there are a lot of different things a defensive lineman can't do and must be thinking about when trying to "politely" apply pressure!?   ..-)

Well, remember, crippling a guy will only cost your team 15 yards. Pretty good trade-off if you ask me, so I don't see what the fuss is about.

Great collection Babble  :rofl_2:  :rofl_2: and wonderful memories for some of us  :innocent: :winner:
If there's anyway possible though to try and ease the blame on Rex that particular day it was shocking conditions out there that night. Still somebody at Superbowl level had to be doing better than what he did!

Wow, Chris, that's awfully generous of you. You must be that one guy who will throw Rex a lifeline.

Maybe as Monky says Babble we just look at the whole day and game as fantstic and very special memories so somebody who played a small part in helping the Colts win the Superbowl  :king: can be thrown a lifeline at any time in my books  :rofl_2:

Rex made all sorts of mistakes for sure, but I think another way to look at him and his career is that he was the QB when the Bears reached the Superbowl, since they have reached it the past 2 years they haven't even got close to going there again.
