Bye bye Boston... Hey, at least they won it last year.  So good win for Orlando!

Great win with contributions from everyone.  Boston cut it to 12 with about 4 minutes but Orlando put the nail in the coffin with those shots by Turkoglu and Pietrus.

Interestingly, Charles Barkley just picked Orlando over Cleveland in a drawn out series.

Well I guess anything COULD happen, but I wouldn't bet against Cleveland with home court because they did have the BEST home record this year.

I love Sir Charles and that whole crew, but I sure hope he is wrong.  He nailed the pick on game 7 between the Magic and the Celts.

He usually gets them about half right.  :)

He's dead wrong, the Cavs are too good.

Nuggets at Lakers - May 19, 9:05 pm
Lakers favored by 6.5 points.
The over/under is 214.5  ( this is the score of both teams added)

Magic at Cavaliers - May 20, 8:30 pm
Cavaliers favored by 9 points.
The over/under is 184.5

Cleveland has had trouble in all 3 games against Orlando during the regular season.  They barely squeaked by at home and got demolished both times in Orlando.  I think they'll win but I don't think it will be easy, most likely 6 or 7 tough games.

That may be true but Orlando had a tough time with Boston, even with their best player out, being 7 games too.

I'm banking on Cleveland having learned from this season, should be an interesting series though.

Looks like the Magic are still giving the Cavs problems this year as they took Game 1 in Cleveland by a point, 107-106!!

Apparently, they haven't.  No one on the Cavs helped Lebron at all in the 2nd half.  They just let him initiate the offense and couldn't knock down the open shots when he kicked the ball out to them.  If the rest of the Cavs don't step up, Lebron himself isn't going to be able to carry them into the finals.

If the Cav's lose tonight then there is something to worry about.
The Cav's may have been rusty, I didn't see the game but it looked like a good game.

Magic at Cavaliers - May 22, 8:35 pm
Cav's favored by 9 again, magic lead series 1-0

And tomorrow.
Lakers at Nuggets - May 23, 8:30 pm
Nuggets favored by 4, series tied at 1-1

So strange, I just told someone that Lebron, as good as he is, still needs to do the job at crunch time like Jordan did.

Lebron saved Mike Brown from the embarassing title of being the coach that was fired the year he won coach of the year honors.
I lost the will to live mid way through the first set!

The Lebron legend took a big step forward with that shot last night.
