Well I've had first hand experience of people being overdrawn and in a fair bit of debt with the job I'm in, so I see it daily, but I've never quite seen anyone close to that mark- thats just astonishing and I wonder going by what would happen where i work, how an eart he could have managed to get in that much debt. I think the bank has an awful lot to answer for as well.
