At least we were out of the sun and there was some air movement inside.
I spend all week working outside in the sun and I'll take any break from that I can get!

Well, I finally had to break down, close the windows and turn on the air conditioner.
My poor old geezer cat was not dealing with heat very well.

Ok I wasn't enjoying it that much either. Didn't get much sleep last night.

Sun all day long today, very warm(for England standards anyway) so great start to the grasscourt season too. Shame I was in work all day although we do have a flatscreen TV right near my desk so I had Queens on all afternoon

it's depressing, we have here in Ibiza and the rest of Spain the rainiest may in 24 years!! it almost rained all days, what is worst is that we have heavy rains for 5 weekends in a row. now in the middle of june still rain!! all the beach parties cancelled since april.

We got hammered by rain last night. I was smart enough to leave one of my windows in my car down too. That was a fun find this morning. Luckily it was a rear window.

Forecast is for thunderstorms

but that's a Chicago weatherman, so we take that with a grain of salt... Uh-oh. First crack of thurnder at 8:00am, wind is up and the sky is turning black... and now the rain.

Yesterday was around 90, bright blue skies and no wind. Now the storm just KO'd my cable TV...

All over the place today. T-storm rolled through 8:30-9:30 then the sun and wind dried everything off. Got to 80 and by early evening ideal conditions for tennis. Played poorly from 7:30-9:45

the last 4 days have been in the low to mid 70's with little humidity. At nights in the 50's , great sleeping weather.

Well summer starts tomorrow, a bummer from my point of view, the days will get shorter after tomorrow!!!

Sunny and moderately warm for Monday and Tuesday of this week, Wednesday was a wash out with a lot of rain and it being pretty cool, whereas Thursday was mainly sunny, but pretty windy and not all that warm.

Seems like this should have been the week for Wimbledon as I hear the weather there has been absolutely fantastic this week! Just watch... it'll be raining (again) when the tournament starts next week!

I can't complain with the weather here. We've been in the 90's and sunny. Nothing new...
