I really liked the weather in Spain.
I was mostly down by Cadiz and had an 10th floor apartment right on the beach for a year.
that's wonderful! you really know how to chose a destination.
Cadiz is a not well known destination in Spain, and it's one of the big 5 small cities you must visit in the country, Granada, Toledo, Salamanca and Santiago the others. quite similar to a small Havana.
it's the oldest city in Spain and probably in western europe, founded by the phoenicians. the landmark is quite unique, home of some of Spain's most beautiful beaches.
trully and historic city! so many important things had happened there.
notable music people were born there, Manuel de Falla, Paco de Lucia, Camaron de la Isla, Niņa Pastori.
the carnivals are one of the best knows in the world.
in the province there's plenty of places to visit, Jerez (sherry, horse riding, speed track, Gibraltar, the famos bullring of El Puerto, Sancti Petri beach, Tarifa surf, Doņana Park, Algeciras....
the most important about Cadiz for sure: The city is often noted for having the most humorous people in Spain. (more than Seville or the Canary Islands). very linked in history and kind of people to Latin America (as the other 2 places I mentioned).
