Anybody check out the goal scored against the Mapleleafs by the Islanders?
One of the Islanders was just clearing the puck, it got to bouncing and took a strange bounce and got by the Mapleleafs goaltender.
I think it was the only goal scored by the Islanders and the Mapleleafs won the game, but it was a strange goal. :Confused:

I am so depressed with my best ever player injured and out for 5 months.
watching my team without him is a very sad thing. Martin Brodeur was so close to the records of Roy and Savchuk.
Wins Broudeur 544, Roy 551. SO Brodeur 98, Savchuk 103.

Let's hope he will come back strong and break the records soon!!!

Hm,NYR seems they have problems with Atlanta...Detroit falling to Calgary ?! and with all off them Pittsburgh ain't that far loosing to the NJD !

Such an outstanding and good match that was..Toronto def Buffalo 2-1 !  :applause: :thumbs-up: Brutally played,no mercy..Seen only 3goals but surely enough to make such a good impression ! Toronto is on a mini roll atm,,knowing that Toskala haven't conceded more than 2 goals in last 6-7 games...Beautifully done Toronto ! Come On ....

That's a solid lineup but I don't think it's a cup winner, at least not with the way SJ, Detroit, and my Blue Jackets look  :Confused:

What a great game (watched on tv).  Our goalie Mason stood on his head for most of the game and we pulled it out in OT.  San Jose came in with an NHL record 52 points after the frst 30 games.

Well I know it's a little bit strange.Over here we have an commentator that in our language says ''penalties''(Because there is no banally translations for the ''shootout'')   ..I know that prof term is shootout,but I was carried out by this commentator  :)

I agree Mason has been the biggest surprise this season. Excellent.
Great, if you want to have a winning team the first priority is the goalie then you can build a great roster around the goalie and a great captain like Scott Stevens.  :)
