I'm not sure about the other top players but I do know that yoga can help a lot to anybody. It relaxes your body and your mind. I believe that it is a great addition to regular fitness training. Considering his change of  diet (gluten free), his rigorous training regime, yoga and few other things I'm not surprised that he is doing so well this year. Hard work DOES pay off.

Maria does quite a bit of yoga too :) There's some footballers I know too who do it, like the legend that is Ryan Giggs :)

fore sure Chris. I'm actually planning to start doing yoga too. I just talked to a friend of mine and we are planning to go together few times a week. I have a gym in my building and I use it but yoga is much better to get rid of stress and to have that inner peace  :).

Djokovic has changed so much in a lot af areas, all for the better.
I really like how he plays Rafa from the baseline, isn't in a rush and picks his spots.
He's accurate enough to go long rallies and has newfound endurance.
I hope he manages his schedule properly as now he's playing a lot of matches and at anytime fatigue can show up.
