I have had two things break on my Klippermate over the 6 years I have had it.  I had a clamp break and recently I had a string jaw screw shear off of the stringer.  They have replaced both free to charge honoring their life time guarantee.  I have been most impressed, thought I would share my experience.  I have enjoyed their stringer and their service.  And no I am not getting paid to type this.

I own and use a Klippermate also.  It's a great little device.  It's cheap, yet reliable.  It is great to be able to experiment with new strings and tensions without paying for a string job every time.  I give big props to Klippermate.

I barely have the time to drop my racquet off to get strung much less string it myself.  I was looking to buy one for a while but ended up putting it on the back burner until I free up some more time in my life.

CT - Do you have to drive somewhere to drop them off or do you just drop them off at the club when you are playing?  Only takes me about 25-30 minutes for the entire ordeal.  Not too bad, and I am a busy guy too, so I know every minute counts sometimes!

One of the guys on my team does them for me.  I shouldn't really say FOR me...since I still pay $15 a racquet, haha.

Yea...pretty quick tennis4you.  It takes me about 45 minutes, which I do while watching TV or something.

I like to watch tv or a movie while I string too.  I string for about 24-25 minutes, but cutting the strings, setting up and tearing down takes a little extra time.

I usually put on some Shpongle on while stringing. If I try and watch TV it slows me down. I haven't strung many frames this year though.

Don't you count that 'little extra time' as part of the stringing of the racquet?
Do you also inspect and clean the frame prior to clamping?
Start to finish, I can do the whole job in 50 min., sometimes a bit faster in the summer when I do more racquets.  I think there's still room for plenty of improvement in my technique!

Well, if you cut out the tv/movie I could probably get it all done in 25 minutes if my life depended on it.  I probably go a little faster on my racquets that others. 

Inspect and clean the frame, no, I do not do that.  Cutting the strings and setting up is pretty quick and easy, just a few minutes to do that.

I like to cover my butt even tho' I string mostly for friends.

Do you have a story that we should hear? 

I did try to string a cracked frame many years ago. Not only did the the sound nearly give me heart attack, but some of the fiberglass shards hit my face. I was very fortunate to not get them in my eyes. I think it's happened to my twice, once on my own frame, and once on a friend's frame. Both had cracks in them so I knew what I was getting into. It's still shocking though.

Yikes!
It hasn't happened to me yet, but I have a buddy who strings also, and he snapped a frame and ended up reimbursing the customer with a new racquet!  Ouch in the wallet!
