Topic: Technifibre

Anyone ever use one of these racquets?  I already have a few wilson's on the way to me to demo, but the specs on the TFlash 310 actually look perfect for my game.

Specs wise they remind me a lot of babolats.  if memory serves the 310 is roughly equivalent to the pure drive.  i've never tried any one of them but i wouldnt mind getting a hold of a 320 or 330.

I just bought a 310 used for pretty cheap so i'll let you know how I feel about it.  I hear it's kind of like a pure drive but with more crispness at net and better control from the baseline.  If that's so....I found my new racquet, haha.

Congrats on your new (to you) sticks!   I hope they work out for you!

I use the Tfight 320 with 16x 20 string pattern and I love it. I get good grip and thus excellent spin on the ball. To tone down the power I hybrid it though. It reminds me allot of the Volk Tour 9 V-engine. It's a great stick. Wow I sound like a seller.

Yeah I think i'm going to have to use a string that gives me a deadened feel with little power.  Maybe Luxilon's or Pro Supex.

they are a bit longer than most racquets (27.4in).  a bit like a prestige on steroids, if u will (ive never used it, but thats what the specs suggest - tight pattern, pretty hefty, fairly flexible)

also a very underrated frame is the 27in long version of the dunlop mfil200plus (cut down from 27.5 at the factory).  it's pretty much the same beam shape as the technifibres, but very flexy and light, so u can pretty much customize it as you want with lead tape.  it's an absolute steal at $69

correction, the technifibre 320 and the dunlop i just talked about are made from the SAME mold, except one's half the price of the other.

Actually I use the string and I love the fill of the ball hitting the racket.

I've had the tfeel 305, tfight 320 18x20, played the 320 xl and currently use the tfight 325's.  All great rackets in their own way, the 305 had gobs of power and is very stiff(got tennis elbow).  The 320 had decent power, forgiving, generous sweetspot.  The 325's is more of a players stick(smaller sweetspot than the 320 and less power) but I could do everything better with this stick.

My 310 better be here today!  I am delaying going out to hit because I want to use it today.  I have a match sunday and I need to know which stick i'm bringing for my A game.

I got the racquet.





It's WAYY too powerful for me.  It is done up with a hybrid right now and it is STILL too powerful for me.  I even added more spin than usual (which is already a lot) and changed my grip for more added spin after that.

Damnit.

can't say im surprised.  if u have control issues with the extreme pro already then the 310 wouldnt be any better.
