Red Sox 2, Tampa Bay 0. 1 out in the 9th and Papelbon in to shut it down.

Rays beat Red Sox 9-8 in 11 to even ALCS  :confused1: Are you kidding me? :shocking:

What!  You don't think the Rays deserve to win? :rofl_2:
They just pimpslapped his sox's last round so it shouldn't be a suprise. Philadelphia is 2 wins a way from being in the World Series to only lose in the championship game. :grind dance:

If we keep throwing Moyer out there to pitch we may not even make it out of the LDCS

Fortunately for you, this may be the only time you have to pitch him.

LA 5 Philly 0.  :))

It's 70+ degrees in LA. But it's getting pretty chilly in Chavez Ravine.  ..-)
Even as a public service annoucnment is shown with some kids in Dodger and Philly unis about sportsmanship, the big boys nearly get invovled in a brawl, and the beene ball war not be over.

7-2 Dogders, in the middle of the 7th.
Is it my immagination, or is the crowd noise amped up higher than it has in the past? I've watched a couple football games and the baseball game today, and it seems to me they are really pumping up the crowd. It's so much, you can't even hear the play by play.
It's not so much that I need to hear the play by play, but the crowd noise is constant, it's almost like white noise and it puts me to sleep.

I love watching sports where the crowd is amped up...........it brings a higher energy to stuff that otherwise might not be worth watching.

With it being in LA, the crowd noise may actually be manufactured :\

Rays are just abusing the Red Sox.

A Phillies/Rays WS seems "less than compelling" as far as national interest goes.

Yeah, I think Fox is not exactly happy with what is going on here.  :)~

Screw both of you guys and yall compelling matchups.  One long storied suffering franchise vs a young upstart will be compelling. Nobody cares about Manny except Redsox fans ..-)

Well
