OK, so yous guys should know why I'm updating my journal.
I'm playing this tall lefty who's able to handle my kickserve to his FH. So naturally, I've got to tweak it to make it more difficult to handle. So I start exaggerating everything--the toss, my push off into the ball--and I feel a pinch yesterday. Not sure what to make of it because I can do everything normally at or below the head. I've got bands to exercise with, and I don't feel any pain doing the exercises. The only time it hurts is when I go into my service motion.
Sucks! I guess I'll be playing the wall for a few weeks...or more!
