Hello children of the corn.
You always make me laugh!
Hopefully Andy (not Roddick) makes a deep run over the next week.
Looks like some tricky opponents in his section.
Who wants to face Karlovic, Raonic, Anderson, or Cilic on grass?
His first round match against DavyD is no cake walk either.
If he plays within himself and manages to control his inner demons he should do just fine.
He did make a deep run, didn't he despite that scary line up? Well, minus Raonic. He had DavyD, Karlovic, Baghdatis, Cilic, Ferrer, Tsogna and finally, Federer. It didn't really matter to me who was on the other side of the net in the final, because I felt if Andy could bring his best and keep it together then he definitely had a shot in the final. But still, would have preferred Nole in the final because he is so much more likeable and he is also my next favourite player. It was still a great Wimbledon despite the weather and the obnoxious crowd at times. I really hated them in the Federer vs Nole match and then again, in the final, when they showed split support in the first 3 sets. They should have been behind Andy 100% but Federer, together with the Scottish/British thing, it just wasn't there until the 4th set. But Andy did end up winning a lot of new hearts after that fortnight.
