install AOL 9.0 Optimized, register an account then download free from megaupload and rapidshare!

Looks like they are saying if you sign out of AOL and then sign back in, it looks like you have a new IP address or something.  So you can download from MegaUpload, for example, then sign out, sign in, and download again without the limits.
