Halsey's decision was wrong, it should only have ben a yellow card, but the FA were wrong to overturn the decision, it should've stood. Doesn't do much for the 'Respect' campaign when it's shown here that referees decisions aren't final If this was Ferdinand i wonder what would have been said then, its OK you don't need 2 come back,as i think i know Sid I'm sorry but you've well and trully missed the whole point of what's being said here. It is NOT about a particular player- John Terry, Rio Ferdinand, Joe Blogs, whoever else you might want to name! It's about the referee and his decision completely being undermined and change- making referee's decisions not the final one. If the referee looked at the tape and decided he'd made a mistake ththen thats fair enough- but when he looks at the tape and decides not to change it but is completely undermined then I don't care what anybody says but thats not the way the game should be! With fans of other clubs its just mind games I'm just the same the other way round I see mind games has started with Chelsea manager Scolari & Ferguson about Ronaldo.

That was so predictable that Liverpool wouldn't be able to back their big win up last weekend. Yes they can play a good match and beat any team on their good day but they're simply not consistent enough over the course of a season and thats why I still can't see them challenging for the Premiership this season.
