Coach sets the 2 teams in traditional net and base line positions (for doubles) and feeds the ball into various spots on the court. Partners learn how to determine which ball to go for, which ball to let partner take, how to communicate better during a point, how to maintain good court coverage throughout a point, and most of all how NEVER to just stand there while playing.
