This is a good drill to help develop your groundstrokes as well as volleys
in a doubles situation.
Two players stand at the baseline and two people stand at the net. The
two players at the net are a doubles team and the two players at the baseline
are a doubles team.
One player hits the ball to their opponents and everyone plays out the
point. Play a game and the first one to 10 points by 2 wins the game.
Then switch and whoever was at the net will now be the team on the baseline.
This will help each team get a wide range of shot practice!
You can also play this game not using the doubles alleys. This will allow
the rallies to be longer since there is less court to cover.
Good Luck on the Court!
