The Tennis4You Workshop- "2 vs. 2"

This drill is a good drill to help your doubles/volleys reflexes. This drill requires 4 players.

Each players takes the position as if they were all playing doubles and they are all at the net. It is the basic 2 vs. 2 formation.

One of the players starts the rally. 4 balls must be hit in a row before any points can be awarded. The goal is to pass your opponent. First team to 21 wins.

It is recommended that the students stand back a little further (to start the points) than normal for this drill.
