This exercise works on hand/eye coordination and aerobic conditioning.
Have your players line up in a line. Have the first player start with
a couple of balls. The line begins jogging around the court and the first
players tosses one ball up in the air. The player behind him catches it
and tosses it up for the next player. When the player at the end of the
line has the ball, they sprint to the front and starts the toss all over
again. the first player would continue to toss the balls he has one at
a time at intervals. When they get back to the front, the drill is over.
