This drill will give you a work out as well as help you to run and hit
Get a ball machine and load it up! Point the ball machine at a corner
of the baseline, whichever side you need more work on. Start at the middle
of the baseline and when the ball comes out of the ball machine move to
the ball and hit it. As soon as you have hit the ball shuffle back to
the middle of the court and when the ball comes at you again move to the
ball and hit it. Keep up the drill until the ball machine runs out of
balls and then do it again. Try switching sides to keep it interesting.
If you would like more of a workout try shuffling farther than the middle
of the baseline before the next ball shoots out of the ball machine.
